PDTU supports struggle of Patwar Association

JAMMU, Apr 28: Jammu and Kashmir People’s Democratic Trade Union (PDTU) in a meeting held today under the chairmanship of its provincial secretary, Kapil Bakshi, extended full support to Patwar Association for its struggle launched against pay anomalies of the cadre.
The meeting also appealed to working class, daily wagers, contractual/adhoc employees, ASHA workers, Anganwari workers and other employees to participate in May Day (Labour Rally) on May 1 to pay homage to martyrs and also to highlight the problems and demands of working classes.
Those who participated in the meeting included Mohd Rafiq Wani, Abdul Rashid, Bodh Raj, Hans Raj, Mool Raj, Mohd Younis Siddique, Mohd Saleem Mir, Mohd Qazi, Mohd Ayub Ameen, Mohd Nissar Ahmed, Kuldeep Sharma, Ashwani Kumar, Ashok Kumar and others.
