JAMMU, Nov 29: Psychological Counselling Cell of Government Degree College Bishnah under the banner of Manodarpan- a unit Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan organised an interactive session virtually on the topic ‘Sports as Stress Buster’, today.
The key speaker of the session was Dr Ranjita Langeh, Physical Director while Dr Randheer Kour Co-ordinator Psychological Counselling Cell of GDC Bishnah was also part of the event.
The whole session was in the form of question-answers and was mainly focused on stress and sports, as key elements of the conversation.
Dr Anuradha Pandoh, Principal of the College presented welcome address while Sumit Gupta, Nodal Officer ‘Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan’ presented a review of the program and vote of thanks was presented by Dr Asha Singh, Co-ordinator of Career Counselling Cell of the College.
