JAMMU, Dec 8: Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) here today organised ‘e-Dogri Lok Sangeet Sabha’ wherein the participating singers presented Dogri songs.
The function was presided over by Uttam Singh ‘Uttam’, a well Known Dogri folk singer while Lalit Sharma, Convener NDS planned the programme.
Dogra Harish Kaila, President NDS supervised the programme and Yash Pal Yash conducted the proceedings.
The participating singers were Rashpal Dasgotra, Sudershan Kumari, Dr. Poonam Sharma, Kalpana Gupta ‘Rattan’, Babu Ram ‘Ramnagri’, Sunaina Kaìla, Savita Sharma, Jatinder Jolly, Des Raj Ramnagri and Amar Jeet Kaur ‘Neer.
The programme was presented on digital platform of NDS.
Others who witnessed the programme were Prof. Anupama Sharma, Patron; Shambu Ram ‘Pyasa’, Dr. Sushil Bhola, Ram Kishore Uppal, Kusum Sharma ‘Antra’, Dr Chanchal Sharma, B.S Jamwal, Nidhi Kaila Chowdhary, Prof. Adarsh Malhotra, Tarsem Mahajan, Kamlesh Kumari, Dr. Deepak Dogra, Deepak Dutta, Dr. Vijay Puri, Arun Sharma Banathia and Chaman Lal Sagoch.
Yash Pal Yash offered his expert comments on all the items presented and Harish Kaila presented vote of thanks at the end.
