REASI, Dec 8: Four persons died and five others were injured in two separate road accidents, here today.
Two persons were killed and four got injured when a car, in which six members of a family were travelling, rolled down near Gajote Mahore while in other accident, two persons were killed and one injured when a minibus turned turtle in Chassana.
The car bearing registration number JK20 B- 0729 was on way from Kanthi to Mahore when it rolled down around 40 feet deep near Gajote Mahore . The victims were rushed to SDH Mahore where two of them succumbed to their injuries.
The deceased were identified as Rakesh Singh, age 25 years, son of Krishan Singh and Vakil Singh, age 55years, son of Shibu Singh.
The injured were identified as Jogeshwer Singh, age 38 years, son of Gulab Singh, Rajo Devi, age 30 years, wife of Jogeshwer Singh, Sawan Singh, age 40 years, son of Prem Singh and Mohan Singh, age 45 years , son of Sarban, all residents of Chan Kanthi.
All the injured were shifted to SDH Mahore and later on referred to DH Reasi for treatment.
In other accident, the minibus bearing registration number JK02W-8912 was on way from Sungri Chassana to Budhal Rajouri when it skidded off the road at Avtar Singh Morh near Gota village resulting into on the spot death of two persons.
The deceased were identified as Sanjay Singh, age 32 years, son of Mohan Singh of Chassana and Liaqat Hussain (32), son of Kagh Hussain of Kalaban Banna.
The injured girl, identified as Pooja Devi, age 14 years, daughter of Fanju Ram of Ganjoli, has been admitted at PHC Gota for treatment.
