REASI, Dec 18: Singh Cricket Club Akhnoor defeated Udhampur Cricket Club by nine wickets in Martyrs Cricket Tournament, being organised by RCC under the overall supervision of Nadeem Ahmed at Sports Stadium, here today.
Udhampur CC won the toss and decided to bat first. Batting first, Udhampur Cricket Club gave target of only 31 runs by losing all wickets in just 8.2 overs. No batsman of the Club made double digit scores. For Singh Cricket Club, Sunil Kumar while showing extraordinary game clinched eight wickets including hatrick with seven clean in his four overs spell while SS Langeh bagged one wicket.
In reply, Singh Cricket Club chased the target in just 5.1 overs by losing single wicket. Man of the Match was awarded to Sunil Kumar while Lilly and Gourav acted as umpires and Assim was the scorer of the match.
