Police Public School holds Investiture Ceremony

Students and the dignitaries during Investiture Ceremony at J&K Police Public School on Saturday.

JAMMU, May 11: J&K Police Public School held its Investiture Ceremony for the session 2013-14 in School Auditorium, here today.
Shakeel Ahmed Beig, DIG Jammu Range was the chief guest on the occasion, who was welcomed by the NCC Cadets and the team of Scouts and Guides of the School.
The programme commenced with a prayer song presented by the students followed by the lightening of the traditional lamp.
Earlier, School Principal, Anju Sharma presented welcome address.
The chief guest alongwith the Principal, Incharge teachers, Tr Co-ordinators and Vice Principal presented the sashes and badges to the entire team of the council which was purely elected on democratic basis.
Further, the pledges was taken by all the council members to give their best for the enhancement of sincerity, peace, fraternity, honesty and oneness among the students to bring laurels and progress for their loving school.
Later-on, Principal presented vote of thanks.
