JAMMU, Jan 7: Rangoora Lions won inaugural match by defeating Eleven Tigers with 20 runs of Rangoora Championship-2021, being played at Sidhra, here today.
The championship was inaugurated by chief guest Shama Akhtar, Councillor of Ward 71 of Jammu Municipal Corporation. The event was sponsored by Shama Akhtar also.
Eight teams are participating in the tournament.
Rangoora Lions made 105 runs in stipulated overs by losing nine wickets, whereas the Eleven Tigers failed to chase the target and bundled out at 85 runs and thus lost the match with 20 runs.
Mehmood Choudhary, Mohd Hanief, Jamat Ali, Panch and others prominent persons of the area were also present during the inaugural ceremony.
