Jammu, May 18: Member Parliament, Madan Lal Sharma has asked the people of Jammu to unite for strengthening the cause of Jammu.
While addressing a public meeting at Simbliwala in Raipur Domana Constituency, Mr. Sharma appealed the Jammu people to get united for the common cause of Jammu. He said Congress Party is the only Party which has the potential to became partner in Government and watch the interest of Jammu Division at large.
He said that time has come when Jammu people should present a united phase to counter the nefarious designs of anti Jammu forces. Mr. Sharma felt that people residing in this Constituency are not benefitted from the ongoing developmental schemes launched by Union Government and lack of drinking water, power supply and poor road connectivity bears testimony to this fact.
Mr. Sharma asked that GoI has many programmes for the development of Scheduled Castes and asked the people to take benefit of all such schemes. He asked the people to follow the teachings of Sant Kabir Dass ji and informed that special scholarships are given to the children of unprivileged family and termed education a key to prosperity. On the occasion, MP announces construction of community hall for Bhagat Baradari out of MPLADS fund.
