JAMMU, Feb 3: J&K Physically Challenged Cricket Association (JKPCCA) conducted selection trials of J&K Physical Challenged Team for upcoming All India National level tournament, which is scheduled to be held at Noida.
The trials were conducted under the supervision of Rajesh Gill, former Ranji player and Member Indian Cricket Association, here today.
A total of 35 cricketers from different districts of the UT of Jammu & Kashmir including Jammu, Samba, Reasi, Kishtwar, Rajouri, Shopian and Pulwama participated.
Former Ranji player Rakesh Koul was the main selector, whereas Madan Mohan Coach Vishal Cricket Team assisted him for conducting the trials.
It is pertinent to mention here that in the upcoming tournament nearly 26 teams of different States shall participate.
Interacting with players, Rajesh Gill assured them to provide colourful cricket uniforms and the train fare of both sides for the tournament.
