JAMMU, Feb 8: Two days Jammu District Karate Championship organised by Traditional Karate-Do Association of District Jammu concluded.
Around 12 clubs and schools participated in the championship.
Rajiv Gupta, Managing Director Hotel Ashols New Diamond was the chief guest, while Gul E Surkhab vice chairman TKADL was the guest of honour. They distributed medals to the winners and applauded the efforts of the participants.
Naresh Chander president TKAJK, Umesh Rekhi, general secretary TKAJK, Manoj Mehra, Noor Mohammad and Suhail Ashraf were also present.
The officials and judges were Naresh Kumar, Rohit Thakyal, Ranjeet Singh, Bobby Kumar, Piyush Choudhary, Bhawna Sadhotra, Tanisha Mahajan, Sheetal, Tanvi, Janice Sotra, Ganesh Gupta, Mohammad Amin, Manish Gill, Nabeel Bhat, Lomit Yadav, Ishmeet Singh, Harsh, Shivam, Bhanu Partap Singh, Ravi, Vansh and Amit Kumar.
The Gold medal winners were Sachin Manhas, Aashish Bahl, Yanchan, Shivam Kumar, Harsh Dhotra, Piyush Choudhary, Honey, Anjali Kumari, Bobbey Kumar, Raghav Saini, Samarth Jain, Diya Sharma, Sufyian, Vasu Gupta, Sargun, Pranya Rekhi, Aum Gupta, Samardeep Singh, Aham Sharma, Ashita Sadhotra, Adit Sadhotra and Soliha Adil.
Rizwan Badshah, Tanisha Mahajan, Divyanshu Radha, Razaq Ahmed, Tanish Kumar, Bhanu Partap Singh, Ritish, Rudhra, Arslan Choudhary, Ayant, Tarika Jain, Saeeda Durra, Anoush Jaral, Aquib, Shashwat Gupta, Vishnu Kumar and Divyanshi Mahant clinched Silver medals.
The Bronze medal winners were Jenica, Priya Devi, Suraj, Vidhan Zutshi, Rahul Kumar, Amir Sheikh, Santosh Kumar, Asmit Kumar, Haziq Farash, Manish Kumar, Ishmeet Singh, Krishna Manhas, Abhimanyu, Manav Kumar, Vansh, Sahil Sharma, Yuvraj, Mahi, Kairav Gupta, Samya, Shardha Bharti, Aabis Javed, Saksham, Sohaib, Irfan Ahmad, Raghav and Tanu Kumari.
