JAMMU, May 22: In an impressive, colourful and well attended function, Government Mixed Higher Secondary School (GMHSS) Durga Nagar felicitated its meritorious 12th class students who brought laurels to the institution in the recently declared J&K Board results.
The function apart from the students was attended by their parents in the School premises, here today.
Out of the 33 admirable students who were presented with mementoes and certificates of merit by School Principal ML Raina, 14 students have got distinctions, while the remaining 19 secured first divisions.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Raina and his deputy, Davinder Handoo while acknowledging efforts of the students, advised them to work harder to blossom in future examinations also.
The institution was brimming with enthusiastic and magniloquent atmosphere on the occasion.
