JAMMU, May 22: Defeating their rivals in the summit clashes, BSF School Paloura and St Peter School BC Road won the title trophies in District Level Inter-School Under-14 and Under-17 Handball Tournament at Mini Stadium Parade, here today.
Earlier, in handball Under-14 boys final, St Peter defeated Heritage by (7-2), with Ashish, Dhananjay and Piyush scoring 3, 2 and 2 goals for the winners respectively, while in handball Under-17 boys final, BSF Paloura drubbed APS Miran Sahib by four goals to one (4-1). Abhishek and Ravijeet scored 2 goals each for BSF, while Rizwan netted a goal for APS Miran Sahib.
In basketball Under-14 finals, KC Public will take on St Peters, while in basket Under-17 title clash, APS Domana will loch horns with MHAC Nagbani tomorrow.
