Shubham, Henan guide J&K to register win over Chandigarh by 8 wkts

JAMMU, Mar 1: Magnificent batting performances by Shubham Khajuria and Henan Nazir guided Jammu and Kashmir to register win over Chandigarh by 8 wickets in the Vijay Hazare Trophy match at Javedkar University Second Campus in Salt lake.
Batting first, Chandigarh scored 241 runs by losing all the wickets in 48.3 overs. Manan Vohra was the highest scorer with 54 runs, while Ankit Kaushik made 44 runs.
From J&K side, Parvez Rasool scalped 3 wickets by giving 27 runs, while Umar Nazir also took 3 wickets by conceding 68 runs.
In reply, Jammu and Kashmir chased the target by losing only 2 wickets in 34 overs. Shubham Khajuria made century (120), while Henan Nazir scored unbeaten 110 runs. J&K won the match by eight wickets.
