UDHAMPUR, Mar 3: Two days UT level Inter-District Football Tournament for Boys under-14 years concluded at Subash Stadium, here today.
DYSSO Udhampur, Swaran Singh was the chief guest of the closing ceremony.
The final match was played between District Bandipora and District Kupwara in which Bandipora thrashed Kupwara by 4-0 goals, whereas in 1st semi-final, Kupwara defeated Kulgam by 3-0 goals and Bandipora got better of Baramulla by 6-5 goals in 2nd semi-final match.
The matches were officiated by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raj Kumar Dogra, Raman Kumar, Rakesh, Kulbhushan Singh, Naveen Singh from Kathua, Harvinder Singh from Jammu District, Miraz Din from Baramulla, Ishang Bandral, Vipin Photra, Ravi Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Chander Kiran, Gopal Krishan Ankush Singh, Ram Kumar, Sandeep Verma and Amit Sharma.
Showkat and Gulzar were among the selectors who selected team for coaching camp which will represent J&K UT at National level tournament.
Among others who were present during the occasion include Laxmi Kant, Arvind Kumar (I/C PEL), Ashwani Kotwal PEL, Ramesh Chander, Anita Goswami, Sanjeev Kumar, Parshotam Kumar, Jatin Sethi, Karun Magotra, Sanjeev Kumar Khajuria, Jaswinder Singh, Rakesh Khajuria, Bhoopinder Singh, Sanjay Gupta, Anshu Brat Khanna and field staff of the department concerned.
