UDHAMPUR, May 30: KC Gurukul Public School, Jhakhar, Udhampur held its Investiture Ceremony of the newly elected Prefectural Board of the School and the Inaugural Ceremony of Newly constructed Science and Math Laboratories, here today.
Yasha Modgal, District Development Commissioner Udhampur was the chief guest on the occasion, while Vijay Kumar, Deputy Chief Education Officer, Udhampur was the guest of honour.
Students presented a mesmerizing cultural programme on the occasion, showcasing India’s rich Cultural Heritage.
Students Council was administered oath by the CCA Coordinator during the Ceremony.
Earlier, Vijay Puri, Academic Director of the School presented welcome address.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest Modgal stressed upon character building in this deteriorating social system.
Chairman of the School, Anil Mahajan presented vote of thanks.
