JAMMU, Mar 30: J&K Thang-Ta team bagged 2nd place in 26th National Thang-Ta Championship 2020-21 held at Indoor Sports Complex Imphal, Manipur.
The national championship was organized by Huyel Langlon Thang-Ta Association wherein 26 States participated.
Manipur was declared overall champion while J&K clinched 2nd and Assam stood 3rd.
J&K players sub-junior, junior and senior in both boys and girls bagged 17 Gold medals, 19 Silvers and 24 Bronze medals in their respective weight categories and age groups.
