JAMMU, Apr 12: Navreh trounced VCC-XI by nine wickets in the ongoing Navreh Cricket Tournament, being played at Country Cricket Ground Amb Gharota, here today.
Batting first, VCC-XI scored by losing nine wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Rajinder made highest 36 runs while facing 50 balls. From bowling side, Anil Raina, Sandeep Raina and Sunil Dutta clinched two wickets each while Kuldeep Dalotra grabbed one wicket.
In reply, Navreh chased the target by losing only one wicket in 13.4 overs. Puneet Wattal and Anil Raina made 43 and 32 runs off 30 and 27 balls respectively and won the match by nine wickets.
