Doda, June 8: Rao Young Cricket Club Delhi (RYCCD) today registered win against Unity Eleven Gujarat by two wickets in the ongoing All India 9th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2013 organized by Young Star Cricket Club Doda at Sports Stadium, here.
Earlier, batting first after winning the toss, UEJ set a target of 132 runs for the loss of Seven wickets in stipulated 20 overs. Lintul was the top scorer with 48 runs while Amit contributed 16 runs respectively. From RYCCD, Pardeep and Deepak shared two wickets each.
In reply, RYCCD chased the target in 19 overs for the loss eight wickets. Deeapak was the top scorer, who made 48 runs followed by Sandeep who contributed 22 runs for his team. From UEJ, Amit and Nazir shared one wicket each.
Later on Deepak of RYCC Delhi was declared as man of the match for his best all round performance who was given cash and trophy by Senior Journalist Ishtiaq Ahmed Dev.
The match was officiated by BCCI Ranji Trophy Umpires Subhash Mathur and Ifroz Rater while Shahid Pampori acted as scorer.
