JASC successfully completes Mughal Road Rally

JAMMU, June 12: The Jammu Adventure Sports Club (JASC) returned after successfully completing its 1st Mughal Road Car Rally, today.
The club covered a distance of around 1000 kilometers, starting from Jammu and pasing through Dera Ki Gali, Bafliaz, Noori Chamb to Srinagar via Peer Ki Gali.
While returning, the rally moved through Kokernag, Daksum, Synthin pass (which was covered in snow) to Kishtwar, Bhaderwah and back to Jammu.
The Chairman of the club, Sandiip A Sethi lauded the effort of the Government in maintaining the roads in such inhospitable terrain of the passes.
The club wished the road from Synthin Pass to Kishtwar to be given some more attention as the better infrastructure will go a long way in promoting tourism on this road.
The participants from the club included Kunil Bhalla, Manmohan Wahi, Sudhir Nanda,Laly Broca, Gautam Wahi and Sandip A Sethi, besides the guest participants.
