SRINAGAR, June 14: Jammu and Kashmir Police team registered a win by a solitary goal over Young Maharaja to advance in the Super Division Football Tournament, being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA), DFA Srinagar, here.
After an amalgam of aggression and defence by the players of both the teams in first half of the match, Imtiyaz of JKP broke the shackles and scored a much needed goal for his team to help them win by a solitary goal.
In another match of ‘A’ Division, Young Lal Chowk held strong Royal Sports to a goalless drawn.
