RAJOURI, June 20: The dead body of a villager was found hanging from a tree in Taryath area of Kalakote today.
The deceased has been identified as Subhash Chander (35), son of Om Parkash, resident of Mithyani village in Taryath under Dharamsal police jurisdiction. Some people found his body hanging from a tree in the nearby forest area of his village and informed Sarpanch and other family members.
The police party from PP Taryath rushed to the spot and shifted the body to local hospital for postmortem. The police after conducting legal formalities handed over the body to the family. A case has been registered in this connection.
