J&K Sports Council reshuffles 8 chief coaches

JAMMU, June 28:

Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council today ordered the reshuffling of eight chief coaches in different disciplines.
The Government order read that the Sports Council in the interest of administration and to facilitate smooth working, has ordered transfers and adjustments of Chief Coaches to new place of posting.
As per the order, Baljinder Pal Singh, Chief Athletic Coach has been transferred from R S Pura to Sports Stadium Samba, Shaktish Kumar Chopra, Chief Basketball Coach, has been transferred from Udhampur to Maulana Azad Stadium, Jammu, Naveen Sharma, Chief Cricket Coach, has been transferred from Jammu to Sports Stadium Udhampur, Abdul Majid Dar, Chief Volleyball Coach has been transferred to Bandipore Stadium, Satinderjeet Singh, Chief Hockey Coach, has been transferred to Baramulla Stadium.
Besides, Satpal Singh, Chief Football Coach, has been transferred to Kathua Sports Stadium, Sohan Singh, Chief Athletic Coach, has been transferred to Bana Singh Stadium, R.S. Pura, Jammu and Nalish Shukla, Chief Gymnastic Coach, has been transferred from Indoor Stadium, Jammu to Indoor Stadium, Ramnagar in Udhampur district.
The Chief Coaches shall be deemed to be relieved from their present place of posting and submit the coaching and action plan for the concerned district/centre involving respective discipline within one week through proper channel, the order read. (UNI)
