RAMBAN, July 14: A driver was killed when the truck he was driving rolled down near Magarkote area on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway late last night.
The ill-fated vehicle bearing registration number RJ14GG-4606 was on its way to Srinagar from Jammu, when the driver lost control over the wheels and the vehicle rolled down into deep gorge near Magarkote area on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, resulting into on the spot death of the driver.
The body of the deceased identified as Ravinder Kumar, son of Khushi Ram of Mumbai has been shifted to mortuary of PHC Ramsoo for autopsy.
A case under FIR Number 81/2021 under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Ramsoo and investigation started.
