JAMMU, July 16: Municipal & Local Bodies Pensioners Association (MLBPA) in a meeting has expressed dismay that the central government has denied benefits of three frozen instalments of Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief (DA & DR) due from January 1, 2020 to ending June 2021.
Speaking in the meeting, Association leaders urged upon PM Modi to review the decision in this regard.
However, the Association has hailed the decision of union government for releasing 11 per cent DA & DR from July 1, 2021 to government employees and pensioners.
