JAMMU, July 26: Team Mask Force (TMF) chairman Vijay Sharma today condemned the appeasement approach of National Conference president, Dr Farooq Abdullah for holding dialogue with Pakistan to ensure peace in the region.
In a press statement issued here, Vijay Sharma said, “The whole country is remembering the sacrifices of the soldiers who sacrificed their lives during the Kargil war but the former Chief Minister of erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir is advocating the dialogue process with Pakistan which is unfortunate.”
He further said that Dr Abdullah made this statement to appease only Kashmir centric people and separatist adding that peace in the region is our dire necessity for the development and safeguarding our peaceful coexistence but Dr Abdullah statement at this juncture is unjustified.
