LEH, July 29: The Higher Education Department of Ladakh today ordered reopening of higher educational institutions in the Union Territory for on-site classes from August 2 with strict adherence to COVID-19 management guidelines.
“Academic calendar shall be planned in a manner to avoid overcrowding, congregation at all times and classes to be scheduled in a staggered manner,” an order issued by Padma Angmo, Secretary, Higher Education Department Ladakh today said.
