MIET’s Management School attains 100 percent placements

JAMMU, Aug 10: The School of Management at the Model Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) concluded its placement season drive with 100 percent placements of the participating students for the graduating batch of MBA students, here.
This was informed by Dean Placements and Training, Prof. BC Sharma and Dr Ankita Nanda Head, MIET School of Management. “36 offers of placement were received by MBA students from top corporate houses such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Planetspark, BYJU’S, WhiteHat Junior, Extramarks and ICICI Prudential,” they claimed.
The maximum number of students were placed in Banking Sector, followed by Financial Services and EdTech as maximum salary of Rs 10 lakh per annum was received by three students, followed by three students were engaged at 6.5 lakh per annum, while the median salary was Rs 3.8 lakhs per annum.
Dr Renu Gupta, chairperson MIER and Prof Ankur Gupta, Director MIET congratulated the students, faculty and the leadership team of the School of Management for this success.
