UDHAMPUR, Aug 20: District Udhampur Pencak Silat Association elections were held here today and Aman Kalsotra was unanimously elected as president of the body.
While Krishan Kumar and Shivanjali Sharma were both elected as vice president, Udhay Singh as general secretary, Anish Attri and Surinder Kumar as joint secretaries and Aaftab as treasurer. Suhana Manzoor, Dhruv Samotra, Raghuveer Singh and Shivam Kotwal were nominated as General Body members of the Association.
Gorav Arora acted as election officer. The newly elected office bearers of District Udhampur Pencak Silat Association announced that the Association will soon organize a free coaching camp cum selection trial of Pencak Silat to promote youngsters for further tournaments.
