SAMBA, July 3: Four buffalos of Ch. Ibrahim son of Sher Ali of village Radwan Ramgarh who was grazing them in a field were electrocuted due to snapping of a Low Tension Wire today.
The people protested against the carelessness of the PDD staff and demanded compensation to the poor Gujjar.
