JAMMU, Aug 27: Gajansoo Police arrested a man along with 39 bottles of illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Border Police Post Gajansoo led by ASI Manjeet Singh laid a naka and apprehended a man along with 39 bottles of illicit liquor.
The arrested person was identified as Ashok Kumar, son of Bansi Lal, a resident of Gajansoo Tehsil Marh District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 126/2021 under Section 48 (a) Excise Act has been registered at Police Station Kanachack and investigation started.
The arrest was made under the supervision of SHO Kanachack Inspector Vishav Partap Singh and SDPO Domana Kosheen Koul.
