JAMMU, Aug 27: Former Minister Sat Sharma (CA) along with Councillor Ward -9 Suneet Raina kick started up-gradation work of lanes and drains in various locations of Karan Nagar, Ustad Mohalla and Narania Mohalla with an estimated cost of Rs 26 lakhs, here today.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that such works are being taken up in every Ward of Jammu West and all BJP Councillors are ensuring that all areas are covered under it and development reaches to every nook and corner.
“There has been massive development in every Ward of Jammu West and the Councillor concerned must ensure that the works being taken up in various areas should be of best quality, so that the public will not suffer in future,” he said.
He further stated that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP cadre are working on the agenda “Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas Sabka Vishwas Sabka Prayas” and we will not stop till development reaches to every person.
Suneet Raina said that Ward -9 is amongst the best Wards in Jammu and Kashmir. “Every infrastructure including roads, power, water supply and other things have been provided to inhabitants at their doorsteps,” he said.
The BJP leaders also visited adjoining areas as well and interacted with the locals to know about their grievances.
District secretary BJP Asha Gupta, District president Mahila Morcha, Radha Sharma, Jyoti Bhat, Avinash Kour, Poonam, Neeru, Deepak Kumar, Kuldeep Mahajan, Madan, Sudhir Singh and several others were also present.
