JAMMU, Aug 29: A history sheeter against whom several cases have been registered in different police stations in Jammu district has joined Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) today.
Amit Kapoor, social activist and President of Dogra Sangathan and all parents Association, a resident of Janipur Colony joined AAP along with his active colleagues Ajay Dogra and Rajni Jamwal in New Delhi in presence of AAP’s National Spokesperson and Greater Kailash MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj and Incharge Jammu Pradeep Mittal.
Amit Kapoor, against whom FIR Number 10/2019 under Sections 336, 427, 147 and 148 IPC, FIR Number 22/2019 under Sections 336, 147, 148, 149, 437, 353 and 188 IPC and 14/2019 under Sections 435, 147, 148 and 188 IPC have been registered, has been given the responsibility as President of Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha constituency.
