JAMMU, Sept 5: The workers of Dogra Front & Shiv Sena under the leadership of President Ashok Gupta, took out a rally in Jammu city against the Pakistan Prime Minister’s decision of half mast the flag and covering body of separatist Syed Ali Shah Geelani in Pakistani flag.
Carrying placards, they raised slogans against Pakistan and demanded that all the separatist leaders should be thrown out of the country.
While addressing the Shiv Sena workers, Ashok Gupta stressed that the people who were Member of Parliament from Kashmir and party president should make their stand clear over the issue of Pakistan flag.
“No statement has been given by Kashmir based leadership upon the Pakistan flag on dead body of Geelani before it was buried at a graveyard in a nearby mosque,” he said, predicting that pro-Pakistan leader’s death has brought to an end a chapter of anti-India and separatist politics in Kashmir.
Mr Gupta hailed the Jammu & Kashmir Police efforts to register complain against the Geelani family for such anti national act. He also demanded that all the Hurriyat leadership should be sent to Pakistan and the Geelani family should be exiled from India for their activities.
The party people who were present at the time of protest, included Deepu, Kishore, Sanjeev, Rohit, Ajay, Vishal, Shubam, Amit, Bunty and others.
