JAMMU, Oct 12: Bishnah and Samba Police arrested three absconders, who were evading their arrest since long.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Police Station Bishnah led by SHO Inspector Joginder Singh under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan conducted raid and apprehended two absconder, who were at large since long.
The arrested persons were identified as Rajesh Kumar, son of Des Raj and Rattan Lal, son of Raja Ram, both residents of Chak Keema Tehsil Arnia District Jammu.
They were wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 166/2020 under Sections 306 and 34 IPC registered with Police Station Bishnah.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Meanwhile, a team from Police Station Samba apprehended absconder namely Shamsher Singh, son of Lal Chand of Sinki Chapri, District Samba, who was at large since 2013.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 236/2013 under Section 406 RPC with Police Station Samba.
Accordingly, the said absconder was produced in the court of law and the arrest warrant 512 CrPC issued against him got executed.
