KISHTWAR, Oct 23: Police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest from the past 7 years.
As per police sources, on reliable information a team from Police Station Kishtwar led by DySP Headquarters Satish Kumar conducted raid and apprehended an absconder from Bhaderwah area of District Doda, who was at large since 2014.
The arrested person was identified as Daya Krishan, son of Gayan Chand of Bharta Chahta Bhaderwah District Doda.
He was wanted in a case FIR Number 194/2014 under Section 510 RPC with Police Station Kishtwar. Further investigation into the case is going on.
