JAMMU, July 18: With an aim to make educators role models for the students, GD Goenka Public School organized a one day workshop in its school premises, here today.
The workshop was held under the overall supervision of School Principal Jyoti Asija.
The workshop began with an activity ‘Clean Your State’. The teachers were asked to close their eyes and calm down, wherein few breathing techniques were also taught to them.
In the introductory session, the teachers were given chits on which certain words were written and they had to call out the word individually and find their partner. Then ‘Know Your Partner’ game was introduced. Each couple was given a set of questions to ask their partner to help teachers gain all necessary information about their partner.
The School Principal while speaking on the occasion touched the issues of discipline to handle slow learners.
