Pending salaries of NPS teachers will be released within 10 days: JKTA

UDHAMPUR, Nov 2: Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Association (JKTA) President Bhupinder Singh said that Administrative Secretary School Education Department has assured to release the pending salaries of NPS teachers within ten days.
Addressing a press conference, Singh said that high level deputation of JKTA led by him along with Vice President Joginder Dingra and Provincial Special Secretary Kuldeep Chand met Administrative Secretary School Education Department regarding the release of pending salaries of NPS Teachers for the months of September and October 2021.
“Administrative Secretary gave a patient hearing to the deputation and assured that demand of pending salaries of NPS teachers will be redressed and pending salaries will be released within ten days”, Singh stated.
He said that Administrative Secretary also laid down thrust to cope out dropout which has been increased in the wake of COVID 19 pandemic.
Among others present in the press conference were Sanjeev Guleria, Manmohan Singh, Surjeet Singh, Pardeep Sharma, Ajay Sharma, Sheetal Thakur, Pooja Devi, Banu Partap and Surjeet Singh.
