Teachers Orientation Programme concludes at Model Academy

JAMMU, July 20: 5-day Orientation Programme for the teachers of Model Academy, the prestigious school of MIER concluded, here today.
The main purpose of this programme was to learn, share and interact on various educational issues and concerns that would help in the professional growth and development of teachers.
Around 60 teachers participated in the Programme.
Dr Adit Gupta, Joint Director MIER took a session on ‘Enhancing Learners Motivation’, Gagan Pratap Singh an acclaimed trainer conducted two sessions on ‘Personality Development’, Sumita Saksena organized a session on ‘Pranik Healing’, Moolraj Sharma, Technology Manager MIER talked about ‘Technology Usage in Classrooms’ and also conducted a practical session for the teachers and Pranav Gupta, HR Manager MIER talked about ‘Work Ethics’.
In her inaugural address Director MIER, Dr Renu Gupta stressed upon the need to have a re-look at the quality objectives of the school and take up self-development and behaviour modification as one of the priority areas.
The Principal, Rupa Gupta presented welcome address, while vote of thanks was presented by the Vice Principal Usha Gadoo.
