Game Changers wins title of Winter Cup

JAMMU, Nov 24: Game Changers emerged winner of the Winter Cup Under-16 by defeating Vriddhi Royals, organised by Game Changers Group at Shubham Khajuria Cricket Academy Ground, 17-Miles, here today.
Vriddhi Royals won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 180 runs by losing all wickets in 42 overs. Ashutosh, Vidit and Mannat contributed 30 runs each to the total. From the bowling side, Ritwik took 4 wickets, while Rahul Jamwal secured 3 wickets.
In reply, the Game Changers chased the set target on the loss of 7 wickets in 39 overs and thus won the match by 3 wickets. Dhruv scored unbeaten 67 runs, while Shaurya made 37 runs. From the bowling side, Tegvansh Singh, Krish and Sagar Baba took 2 wickets each.
Dhruv was declared as man of match and awarded with bat by Sunil Sports, while Ashutosh was declared as best batsman and Ritwik and Sagar Baba were jointly awarded with best bowlers Award, besides man of the series awards went to Tegvansh Singh and Dhruv jointly.
