SRINAGAR, Dec 2: Crime Branch Kashmir (CBK) filed a chargesheet in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Srinagar against one Abdul Hamid for providing fake and forged appointment orders purported to have been issued by the Chief Conservator of Forests.
A CBK spokesman said, the chargesheet was filed before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar against the accused Abdul Hamid Dar, Son of Late Sonaulla Dar, a Resident of Kakavthal Kreei in north Kashmir district of Baramulla presently staying at Chinar Colony, HMT Mustafabad Srinagar for providing fake and forged appointment orders purported to have been issued by the Chief Conservator of Forests to gullible people against monetary considerations.
He said, during the course of investigation, it was established that the accused prepared fake appointment orders and provided the same to one Rafakat Hussian Manhas son of Nazakat Hussain Manhas resident of Kamalkote, Uri, Baramulla and taken Rs 2 lakh from him.
The accused also cheated and taken Rs 3.50 lakh from one Tariq Ahmad Sofi, son of Mohd Sultan Sofi and a resident of Arampora, Qamarwari for providing the government job. (Agencies)
