KATHUA, July 27: Police today arrested a bootlegger and recovered 40 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession.
A police spokesman said that, police party from Rajbagh Police Station arrested a bootlegger and recovered 40 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession.
The bootlegger has been identified as Raju, son of Bhagta of Village Parsochack.
A case under Excise Act has been registered at Rajbagh Police Station and investigation started.
