BISHNAH, Aug 8: GDC Bishnah reconstituted Red Ribbon Club (RRC) for the academic session and held an election in which Seema Mottan and Amandeep of BA Part-II were elected as joint conveners, while Jasmeet Kour of BA Part-II, Nidhu Kaith and Sanjeev Kumar of BA Part-I were elected as Student Representatives.
RRC organized an Extension Lecture and symposium on the theme “HIV-AIDS Awareness among Adolescents” in collaboration with J&K State Aids Prevention and Control Society under the supervision of Dr Savtanter Kour, Convener RRC (NSS Programme Officer) alongwith Finance Officer Prof Sunita Gupta.
MLA, Ashwani Kumar Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion.
