Srinagar, Feb 1: Following the death of a patient at District Hospital Pulwama, the Directorate of Health Services, Kashmir (DHSK) today ordered the suspension of 4 doctors even as an inquiry has also been ordered.
The doctors who have been suspended are Dr Hilal Ahmad, Medical Officer, Dr Gulzar Ahmad, Medical Officer, Dr Alfer Nafie, Medical Officer and Dr Mohd Ashraf, Medical Officer (NHM).
Further, the DHSK has formed a 4 member committee to ascertain the facts that led to the death of a patient on January 31. The committee has been asked to submit its report within 2 days.
