Arunav, Arihant lift U-14 boys doubles title

JAMMU, June 5: The pair of Arunav and Arihant got better of Ishan-Aman duo by two sets to one (2-1) with the scores of 6-4, 4-6 and 10-4 (super tie-break) in the summit clash to clinch the Under-14 boys doubles title in the ongoing Jammu District Gulrez Memorial Lawn Tennis Tournament, being organized by Friends Tennis Club, under the aegis of J&K Lawn Tennis Association at Police Lines Gulshan ground, here.
Earlier, in Under-12 singles semifinals, Saksham Mandotra defeated Agastya Sharma in best of 11 games by (6-3) and qualified for the summit clash to be held tomorrow.
Siddarth and Aman Pandoh have qualified for the finals of mens doubles event by defeating Romit Sharma and Deepak in straight sets by 6-4 and 6-4.
