RAMBAN, Feb 5: Panic grips Ghari area of tehsil Rajgarh after a leopard killed a man here today.
As per police sources, a leopard attacked and killed a man when he was grazing his livestock near his house in Ghari area of tehsil Rajgarh.
The deceased was identified as Girdhari Lal, son of Chouru Ram, a resident of Ghari tehsil Rajgarh District Ramban.
After completing formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to family members for last rites.
Rajgarh Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
However, people of the area are living under fear and have appealed to the Wildlife Department to catch the leopard so as to save precious lives.
