JAMMU, Feb 7: Miran Sahib Police arrested an absconding lady, who was evading her arrest since long.
As per police sources, on reliable information a team from Police Station Miran Sahib led by SHO Inspector Mirza Sultan under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan conducted raid and apprehended an absconding lady from Nagrota.
The arrested lady was identified as Maroofa Begum, wife of Mohammad Iqbal of Murallian Dak Banglow, at present Pade Balli Nagrota.
She was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 58/07 under Sections 341, 323, 325, 382 and 427 RPC with Police Station Miran Sahib.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
It is pertinent to mention here that the police team from Police Station Miran Sahib arrested an absconder in the same case yesterday from District Reasi.
