JAMMU, Mar 9: Director General Fund Organisation (DGFO) J&K today inaugurated a grievance cum awareness camp at District Fund Office here for redressal of grievances of subscribers/insurants of Jammu district.
The event will be held across J&K districts till March 15, 2022.
A handout of the department stated that it is a unique step taken by Fund Organisation to mitigate grievances of all such subscribers who come forward to the Camp regarding issues like F.R Cases, correction of computer accounts number, on spot registration for availing SMS alert services etc.
Director Fund Organisation Jammu, Deputy Director Central Fund organisation, Accounts Officers of Fund Organisation Jammu and staff of District Fund Office Jammu were also present on the occasion.
All the officers as well as staff members of District Fund Office assured the authority that all the grievances of subscribers will be redressed on spot whoever comes to the Camp and afterward.
