UDHAMPUR, Apr 4: Third Coordination Committee Meeting of various stakeholders of justice delivery system of district Udhampur was held today at District Court Complex, here.
The meeting of co-ordination meeting was convened under the chairmanship of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Udhampur Y.P Bourney in which Chief Judicial Magistrate B.A Munshi, who is member secretary of the coordination committee was also present .
Beside others, the meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Sr. Superintendent of Police Udhampur, Deputy Director Prosecution Udhampur, Superintendent District Jail Udhampur, Superintendent Engineer PWD Udhampur, Chief Executive officer Municipality Udhampur and Public Prosecutor Udhampur
Various issues having bearing on the administrative and judicial side were discussed in the meeting threadbare. Infrastructure and other difficulties faced by the judicial institution and the other stakeholders of District Udhampur were also taken up in the meeting The construction of the residential accommodation of the judicial officers, ADR center, parking space, disposal of the contrabands and issue with regard to the judicial lock-up in District Court Udhampur were discussed.
It was resolved in the meeting that the difficulties faced by the stakeholders will be worked out in a time frame manner and also will work for the same.
