Amateur Kabaddi Association nominates observers for District, State C’ships

JAMMU, Aug 27: J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association today nominated observers for different districts and also for State Kabaddi Championships to be organized during the current fiscal.
Addressing a press conference, Anil Gupta, president, announced the names of the candidates, who are nominated in Jammu province as well as Kashmir Province.
Dinesh  Gupta, district secretary Jammu has been nominated as observer for Samba District, Surinder Mohan, joint secretary for Kathua District, Vinod  Kumar district secretary Samba for Udhampur District, Gulzar Ahmed, district secretary Kathua for Poonch district, Ashok Kumar, district secretary Udhampur for Jammu district, Barasat Khan, district secretary, Poonch for  Rajouri district, MS Baba, district president, Baramulla for Srinagar district, GN Ganai, district secretary, Pulwama for Budgam district, Hakumat Singh, district secretary Budgam for district Pulwama, Sheikh Mohammad Shafi, district secretary Srinagar for Anantnag district.
He said that Anil Modi, press secretary of State Association has been nominated as Observer in Girls State Championship to be held at Jammu District and Krishan Singh, president, Samba district as observer in Boys State Championship to be held at Udhampur district.
Gupta also said that all the district secretaries to give vast publicity and send the information to Sports Officer Jammu and Sports Officer Kashmir of J&K State Sports Council, so that they can issue the directions to their Manager/Incharge of Stadium to make the necessary arrangements of providing the ground and other facilities to the organizer of the district association.
Anil Gupta advised all the Observers of the Kabaddi Association to select   the talented players in Boys and Girls section for the National Coaching Camps to be held before the participation in the National and submit their report well in time to general secretary of the State Association.
General Secretary of J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association Kuldeep Kumar Gupta told that the observers have been appointed in District as well as State Kabaddi Championships in boys and girls section to be held in the current fiscal.
