JAMMU, Aug 27: The students of Rich Harvest School, Bari Brahmana brought laurels to their school thereby bagging 1 gold, 3 silver and 8 bronze medals and also over all 2nd position in the 16th District Jammu Taekwondo Championship, organized by the District Jammu Taekwondo Association, under the aegis of Jammu and Kashmir Taekwondo Association at Indoor complex, MA Stadium, here recently.
Under the guidance of Ruchi Charak (Trustee) and Pankaj (Instructor) the students excelled to the best of their abilities and talent and gave a tough time to their opponents thereby bringing glory to the school.
The gold medal winners included Himani Gupta (Class IV), while silver medal winners included Komal (Class IV), Janvi Thapa (Class V), Pratham (Class VI) and bronze medals were won by Akash Charak (Class IV), Riya Mahajan (Class IV), Harivansh (Class IV), Aditya Sharma (Class IV), Jasmeet Kaur (Class V), Rohan Sharma (Class V), Bhanu Pratap (Class VI) and Siya (Class VI).
